To charge an HP ZBook, you will need a 230W Thunderbolt G2 Dock to provide enough power to the Zbook. In general, we recommend to use the combo cable solution. The combo cable solution allows to connect a regular business notebook (single cable) and a mobile workstation (cable + additional power) whenever needed – using just one cable.
